From February 2020 until the end of January 2023, I worked in the marketing department at Pocket Shop and was managing everything from the website, webshop, print, social media, email marketing, and more.
It was a very fun and educational time with an incredibly fun product because I LOVE books! Books in all forms – paperbacks, hardbacks, e-books, streaming books. Now I’m eagerly waiting for Spotify’s audiobook solution. So far, I haven’t found much to choose from, but who can say no to a Jane Austen classic?
In other words, it was with great sadness that I left Pocket Shop and the world of books, but as the company was bought by another, the entire marketing department had to go. However, I didn’t leave the world of books completely, but have the privilege of doing some freelance work for the newly started Bookstrap Publishing – which, by the way, has super exciting titles in its catalog. Exactly my taste!
The next step for me is to start my own company, PS Kreativ Design.
